Each member of the DJAA is but a small part of a great whole. Hence our common welfare comes first. Individual welfare follows afterwards.

Each chapter of the DJAA ought to be a caring entity having but one primary purpose – that of carrying its message to other DJs, MCs and the public of our mission to be better.

Our aim is to create excellent events in a warm, friendly, professional way, ensuring the interests of our clients and fellow DJs and MCs come before our own.

The new DJ and MC is the most important person in the room as it reminds us of where we have come from and shows us where we are now, keeping us humble.
